Register clubs, academies and players under OBA for official state recognition and eligibility in tournaments.

Organise district and state-level tournaments across all age categories — Sub Junior, Junior, Senior Men & Women.
Coaching Development
Certify and develop coaches through BFI-aligned programs to raise the quality of basketball across Odisha.
Referee Development
Train and certify referees for district and state competitions, ensuring fair play and standard officiating.
School & Grassroots
Promote basketball in schools and rural communities across Odisha to identify and nurture young talent early.
Player Pathway
Support talented players from district to state to national team through selection, exposure camps and BFI linkage.
